Wood Storage Shed Plans

Detailed storage shed plans come in handy when looking to organise your tools and equipment. My wife keeps asking me when I will be moving the lawn mower off the decking so we can entertain guests with out them having to stare at the thing all evening, and its quite a large one to. I also have tools strewn across the house in various drawers and cupboards making it difficult to find the right tool when carrying out a minor repair. Time to get organised and build a storage shed.

With a decent set of plans, building you own storage shed should be a breeze as all the planning is done for you. All you need to do is follow the guide, get all the materials and cut all the right lengths as instructed.

If you are constructing a wooden shed make sure you site it on a concrete base as this will make sure the wood does not rot over the years. With a metal shed a concrete base would be advisable but not necessary. Wooden sheds need to be treated to stop any weather damage and to keep your tools and equip dry and safe.

Once your storage shed is complete you can admire your handy work and organise your things and finally move that monstrosity of a lawn mower off the decking. With all the money I have saved from following detailed storage shed plans I will probably go and buy a new lawnmower for the new shed

My wife is now happy as we have a tidy garden and its no longer an embarrassment when we have guests around. I’m happy because all my tools are readily accessible and I have a place where I can pretend to look busy.
